Fulfillment Policy
Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Orders received after 5 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
After processing, standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days within the continental United States. International shipping times vary by location.
All orders include tracking information that will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees that may be levied by their country's customs authority.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@realmalliance.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our team to provide return shipping instructions
- Ship the item back in its original packaging
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note: Custom-configured hardware and software licenses are non-returnable unless defective.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- Item returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition
- Defective or damaged products (must be reported within 7 days of receipt)
- Order cancellation before shipping
- Incorrect item received
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item or approving the refund request. Processing time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled under the following circumstances:
- Before the order has been shipped (full refund)
- Subscription services can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle
- Custom orders can be cancelled before production begins (may be subject to a cancellation fee)
To cancel an order or subscription, please contact support@realmalliance.com with your order number and cancellation reason. We will process your request within 1 business day.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.
