Realm Alliance Inc.
Effective Date: June 9, 2026
Last Updated: June 9, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Realm Alliance Inc. (“Realm Alliance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on realmalliance.com (the “Site”). It supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more broadly.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, remember preferences, understand how visitors use a site, and measure the effectiveness of advertising. We also use related technologies, including:
- Pixels and tags — small code snippets or images that record when a page is viewed or an action is taken;
- Local storage — browser storage that holds information on your device, such as the marketing campaign that referred you to the Site;
- Software development kits and scripts loaded by our tag manager.
In this policy, we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies.”
Cookies may be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by our service providers). They may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or are deleted).
2. Cookies We Use
We use Google Tag Manager to manage the deployment of the tags described below. Google Tag Manager itself does not set advertising cookies; it delivers the tools that may.
2.1 Strictly Necessary
These are required for the Site to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are typically set in response to actions you take, such as submitting a form.
| Cookie / Technology | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Site session and security cookies | Realm Alliance | Core site functionality, form submission, security | Session |
Campaign attribution storage (utm_* values, click IDs) | Realm Alliance (first-party) | Remembers the campaign or ad that referred you so that, if you submit a form, we can attribute your inquiry to the correct source | Up to 90 days |
2.2 Analytics and Performance
These help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. The information is aggregated and pseudonymous.
| Cookie / Technology | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics (Google LLC) | Distinguishes visitors; measures page views, sessions, and on-site behavior | Up to 2 years |
mp_* | Mixpanel, Inc. | Product and site usage analytics; measures events such as page views and form submissions | Up to 1 year |
2.3 Advertising and Measurement
These are set by our advertising partners to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and, in some cases, to deliver more relevant ads to you on other sites and platforms.
| Cookie / Technology | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_gcl_au, _gcl_aw | Google Ads (Google LLC) | Stores ad click information to measure conversions from Google Ads campaigns | Up to 90 days |

We update the tables above as our marketing stack changes. The “Last Updated” date reflects the most recent revision.
3. Why We Use Cookies
We use cookies to:
- Operate the Site and allow you to submit forms and requests;
- Attribute inquiries to campaigns so we know which marketing efforts are working;
- Analyze Site usage to improve content and user experience;
- Measure advertising on platforms such as Google and LinkedIn, including counting conversions and understanding which ads lead to demo and trial requests;
- Build and refine advertising audiences, such as excluding existing contacts from prospecting campaigns.
4. Your Choices
4.1 Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect Site functionality. Instructions for common browsers:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy
- Firefox:Settings → Privacy & Security
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
4.2 Analytics Opt-Outs
- Google Analytics: install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout)
- Mixpanel: you can opt out of Mixpanel tracking at https://mixpanel.com/optout
4.3 Advertising Opt-Outs
- Google: manage ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com

- Industry tools: opt out of participating companies’ interest-based advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance (https://optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (https://optout.networkadvertising.org)
4.4 Do Not Sell or Share / Global Privacy Control
Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, disclosures of cookie-based identifiers to advertising platforms for targeted advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. To opt out:
- Enable a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser or extension — we treat valid GPC signals as an opt-out of targeted-advertising disclosures for that browser; or
- Email us at privacy@realmalliance.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
Opting out does not mean you will stop seeing ads; it means ads you see will be less tailored to you, and we will stop disclosing your information from this browser to advertising platforms for targeted advertising.
5. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, including when we add or remove tools from the Site. We will revise the “Last Updated” date when we do, and material changes will be noted on the Site.
